CabTracker is a web and iOS application from Rainier Woodworking Company that lets authorized customers and staff view proposal and production status. If you need help with the app, your account, or a specific work order, this page tells you how to reach us.

Getting started

Account access

New accounts must be approved by a Rainier Woodworking administrator before they can sign in. If your account is pending or you cannot sign in, email us and we will get you set up.

Reset a password

If you forget your password, email info@rainierwoodworking.com from the address on file and we will reset it for you. If you sign in with Apple or Google, manage that password with Apple or Google directly.

Getting help on a specific work order

From the iOS app: open Production, tap the project, then tap Need Help? on the work order in question. You can pick a shipment item, choose a category (Question, Challenge, Issue, Compliment), describe the situation, and attach photos. Tapping Send to RW composes an email straight to our support team.

Delete your account

To delete your CabTracker account and the personal information associated with it, email us from the address on file and we will remove it. We may retain limited records (for example, order history) as required by law or for legitimate business reasons. See our Privacy Policy for details.
